Debian Involvement

The Debian project will be present with a presentation point at the booth of Univention GmbH. The Univention GmbH's booth is in exhibition hall 2 stand D36.

Members of the Debian project will be available for all kinds of questions and present the just released Debian 6.0 Squeeze including the new port to the FreeBSD kernel.

In addition some of Squeeze's new features will be presented in a short talk at the Univention Open Source-Bühne on Tuesday the 1st of March at 13:30 and again on Thursday the 3rd of March at 15:30. An audio stream of the first session will be provided by Radio Tux, who will also open their Podcast on Saturday the 5th of March with interviews with Debian Developers and Press Officers Meike Reichle and Alexander Reichle-Schmehl.

We would like to thank our sponsors, notably Univention GmbH and Deutsche Messe AG for again sponsoring Debian's presence at this year's CeBIT.
