LinuxTag is the most important place for Linux and open source software in Europe. The 17th LinuxTag presents all the latest for professional users, decision makers, developers, beginners and the Linux community. LinuxTag is organized by the LinuxTag Association in partnership with Messe Berlin GmbH.
Debian Involvement
The Debian project will maintain a booth where Debian's capabilities will be displayed, questions can be answered and various Debian-branded items (T-shirts, umbrellas, stickers) will be on sale.
Our booth will be at Hall 7.2b stand 118c.
Some Debian Developers will give talks about specific aspects of the project:
- on Thursday 12th at 12:00 Stefano Zacchiroli will give a talk (in English) titled Debian, 18 years and counting
- on Friday 13th at 11:00 Moritz Mühlenhoff will give a presentation (in German) titled The Debian Security Tracker
- on Saturday 14th at 12:00 Alexander Reichle-Schmehl will give a
presentation (in German) of the new stable release
